1. WHERE DO WE DELIVER
AUREUS currently delivers within a selection of European countries.

2. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
To ensure secure and traceable delivery, please note:
– Orders are delivered to the address or in one of the DPD pickup or locker points available in your area, indicated by the customer;
– We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders are prepared only once payment has been successfully received.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Standard Delivery: orders are delivered within up to 5 business days after dispatch
Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
5. SHIPPING
Delivery is complimentary on all orders.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location.
6. PRE- ORDERS
For pre-ordered items, tracking information will be provided once the piece is ready for dispatch.
Please refer to your order confirmation for the estimated shipping timeline.
7. TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
8. ORDER STATUS
After placing your order:
– You will receive a confirmation email;
– Your order is confirmed only once payment is received;
– Your order is then prepared and dispatched;
– You will receive tracking information once shipped.
9. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
AUREUS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

10. fAILED dELIVERY
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
11. LIABILITY & rISK
AUREUS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
All deliveries are made within the European Union.
No customs duties apply.
Once delivered, the risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer.
