1. RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be requested in advance and approved by AUREUS.
Items must be returned within 14 days after approval.

2. CONDITIONS

Items must be returned:
– Unused
– In perfect condition
– In their original packaging
– With all original components, including dustbags and protective elements
Items must not have been used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and characteristics.
Any item showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AUREUS cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES

AUREUS does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order.
